I want to see young people avoid the mistakes I made, as well as gain and understanding of and preparation for the world that lies ahead. Young people are the change we need and our role is to educatea and support them in becoming their best selves.

Institutions

We are all in this together. It's more than just a phrase. Broken institutions harm the people that live there as well as the people who work there.

It is only by coming together, recogizing our common humanity and realizing ways we can improve systems as a whole that we can create paths to change.

Corporate Events

Leadership, teamwork, adaptability and resilience are just as important in the business world as they are in prison. Learning from different perspectives leaves us better prepared are resourced than those who limit their learning to textbooks and MBA courses.
